How to Install the SimsationAI (Server)We’ve made it easy to set up SimsationAI (Server) on your machine.
Just follow the steps below to complete the installation.

Download the InstallerDownload the latest SimsationAI (Server) installer using this link.

🛠 Installation Steps
Start the InstallerRun the downloaded SimsationAI_Server.exe installer.
You will see the Welcome Screen.
Click Next to proceed.
Enter ConfigurationOn the SimsationAI Configuration screen, enter the required information:
• ProSim Server IP Address: The IP of your ProSim machine (e.g., 192.168.1.88)
• WebSocket Port: Port for WebSocket communication (default: 9045)
• Webserver Port: Port your webserver will listen on (default: 5001)
• Webserver IP Address: The IP of the machine running the webserver (e.g., 192.168.1.100)
Due to the access restrictions in windows please enter the actual ip address that will be server the webserver, do not use 127.0.0.1
Click Next when finished.
Choose Additional TasksOptionally, you can create a desktop shortcut.
Check the box if desired and click Next.
Read Important InformationOn the Read Me page, please review the important instructions.
If the server is installed on a different computer from ProSim, you must copy the required ProSim-AR folder manually from your ProSim machine to the machine running SimsationAI to the same folder location as it is on the Prosim-AR machine.
Finish InstallationOnce the files are installed and configuration saved, you’ll see the Completing Setup screen.
Click Finish to close the installer.
Launch SimsationAI (Server)After installation, you can find SimsationAI (Server) in your Start Menu.
Right-click and choose Run as administrator.
Notes• You can edit the config.yml file in the installation directory later if you need to change any settings.
• Make sure the required ports are open on your firewall.
• Ensure the ProSim-AR folder exists on the server if running ProSim remotely.
• After installation please open Prosim and then the Simsation Server. It will take a few moments to connect and populate its internal database with the simulator references
