How to Add or Update Sounds in SimsationAI

SimsationAI allows you to customize and update the announcement and sound files used in the system.
You can do this in two ways: either manually by copying files, or directly through the web-based Client UI.

Method 1 — Add Sounds Manually

On the Server machine, navigate to the following folder: Place your sound files into this folder.
Supported formats: .mp3 and .wav
You can add, replace, or remove files at any time.

Once copied, restart the Server or refresh the UI to see the new sounds.

Method 2 — Use the Client UI

You can also upload sounds directly from the web-based Client:

Open the Client UI in your browser.
Navigate to: Configuration → Sounds

Use the built-in file uploader to upload your .mp3 or .wav files.

The files you upload this way are saved in the same Announcements folder and are immediately available for use.

Notes

Files must be .mp3 or .wav format.
You can manage sounds either from the file system or from the web UI — both update the same location.
Restart the Server if you don’t see your new files right away.
