How to Request & Install Your SimsationAI License

Requesting an Evaluation License

After installing and running the SimsationAI Server and Client, you need to request a license to unlock the full functionality.

Follow these steps:

Step 1 — Get Your Machine Code

Open the Client UI in your browser.
Navigate to: Configuration → License
Here you will see a Machine Code displayed on the page. This code is unique to your system.

Step 2 — Email Us

Send an email to:
licensing@simsation.ai

In your email include:
Your Company Name or Name which ever is applicable
Contact details
The Machine Code displayed in the Client UI

We will process your request and send you back an evaluation license file.

Step 3 — Install the License

Once you receive the license file from us, save it to: ProgramData\SimsationAI\
Restart the SimsationAI Server application.
Open the Server again and verify in the UI that the license is now marked as valid.

Notes

The license file must be placed exactly in the ProgramData\SimsationAI folder.
You must restart the Server after placing the license file for it to take effect.
If you have any issues, double-check that the file is in the correct folder and that you are using the correct machine code when requesting.
