This Software License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal contract between you (“User,” “You,” or “Licensee”) and SimsationAI, owned and operated by SimsationAI and Paul Ashford (“Licensor”), for the use of the SimsationAI software, including all associated files, documentation, updates, and materials (“Software”).
By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.

The Software is owned and copyrighted by SimsationAI and Paul Ashford.
The Software is licensed, not sold.
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Software remain with the Licensor.
Any third-party libraries or components included with the Software are owned by their respective authors and are provided under their respective licenses.

2. License Grant
Personal Use License:
Licensor hereby grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software solely for personal, non-commercial use.
Commercial Use License:
If you intend to use the Software to provide services, products, or engagements to paying customers, or in any commercial context, you must obtain a commercial license from the Licensor.
Failure to do so may result in termination of this license and legal claims for damages.

You may not, under any circumstances:
• Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Software.
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the Software.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices, labels, or marks on the Software.
• Resell, rent, lease, sublicense, distribute, or otherwise transfer the Software to any third party without express written consent from the Licensor.
• Circumvent any licensing mechanisms or attempt to gain unauthorized access to functionality reserved for commercial licensees.

4. Disclaimer of Warranty
The Software is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Licensor does not guarantee that the Software will meet your requirements or operate without interruption or error.

5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SimsationAI and Paul Ashford shall not be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, lost profits, business interruption, or loss of data) arising out of the use or inability to use the Software, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Any abuse, misuse, or violation of this Agreement may result in immediate termination of the license and could lead to legal action to recover damages and enforcement of Licensor’s rights.

This license is effective until terminated.
It will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of the terms of this Agreement.
Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where SimsationAI operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
